Bacon Mania

Issue

Bacon Mania is a food truck in the Sacramento area with a parent company that is currently growing and expanding. The popularity of Bacon Mania is exploding leading to increased online traffic and mobile site visitation, but their current website is out of date and the mobile version does not provide good representation for their customers.

Goal

Create a new website that fits the unique brand of Bacon Mania. Create a site that is mobile responsive. Show the real time location and availability of the truck. Promote the catering services and offer catering request and approval forms for a streamlined catering process. Provide real-time online ordering.

Solution

What did we do to solve this? We were able to create a web and mobile responsive eCommerce solution which showed the brand of Bacon Mania in an updated way. In this solution we developed and designed custom truck tracker and online order systems. To help with real time ordering, an on-truck order management system was developed in conjunction with the set-up of real time order printing. These solutions were put in place using the technology of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and MySQL.
