Slider Nation

Issue

As a partner to Bacon Mania, the Slider Nation food truck is also going through a spike in popularity as the parent company expands. The current Slider Nation site is outdated, and with an increase in the food truck’s popularity, the site has seen an increase in visitors both on the web and on mobile.

Goal

Create a new website that fits the unique brand of Slider Nation. Create a site that is mobile responsive. Show the real time location and availability of the truck. Promote the catering services and offer catering request and approval forms for a streamlined catering process. Provide real-time online ordering.

Solution

What did we do to solve this? We were able to create a web and mobile responsive eCommerce solution which showed the brand of Bacon Mania in an updated way. In this solution we developed and designed custom truck tracker and online order systems. To help with real time ordering, an on-truck order management system was developed in conjunction with the set-up of real time order printing. These solutions were put in place using the technology of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and MySQL.
